Koninklijke Hoogovens (Royal Hoogovens) was a Dutch steel producer located in the town of IJmuiden. It was founded in 1918 and merged in 1999 with British Steel to become Corus. The company was renamed Tata Steel Europe in 2010 after Indian company Tata bought it in 2007.
Hoogovens offered its staff a 24/7 bus service to and from IJmuiden. The bus service consisted of several bus lines operated by a coach company. This bus service is nowadays still in operation for Tata Steel Europe.
